It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of HaasOnline. Since our inception in 2013, we have had the privilege of pioneering the first cryptocurrency trade bot software, serving a dedicated and passionate community of traders. Over the years, we have facilitated billions in trading volume, supported tens of thousands of traders, worked hand-in-hand with all the major exchanges–earning our place as a trusted leader in the crypto trading market.
Our Journey
Our journey has been one of innovation, resilience, and community. We prided ourselves on our independence, never taking private equity, and navigating the often unpredictable crypto market on our own terms. Our commitment was driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
Current Challenges
Despite our best efforts, the current market conditions have made it unsustainable for us to continue operating. The crypto landscape has become increasingly saturated, and maintaining a business in such a volatile environment has proven challenging. It is with heavy hearts that we have made the difficult decision to close our operations.
Supporting Our Users
To support our users during this transition, we have disabled renewals and will be shutting down TradeServer Cloud on August 1, 2024. However, TradeServer Enterprise will continue online until December 31, 2024 to provide additional time for migration off HaasOnline.
Additionally, we are offering TradeServer Enterprise license to all TradeServer Cloud users while they migrate off our platform.
