I have worked with algorithmic trading systems since 2016, HaasScript since 2022, and private trading-system engineering and operations since 2023. I have previously helped Haas users with trading strategy development and now work on a broader range of customer-specific engineering projects.

A narrowly defined check can start at $500. Broader diagnostics typically run $1,500-2,500, depending on complexity and available inputs.
HaasScript development, repair & adaptation
$500-3,500 · typically 5-10 business days for a bounded implementation
Development, repair, refactoring, or adaptation of HaasScript logic and related components: signal or execution logic, parameters, custom commands, testing, and version control.
Each engagement has an agreed scope, test evidence, and acceptance criteria. Larger developments are estimated separately.
Strategy research & validation
$1,500-6,000 · typically 2-4 weeks per defined research pilot
Structured strategy research using repeatable testing workflows, independent validation, parameter analysis, realistic trading costs, and risk assessment.
The deliverable is a documented result with evidence, limitations, and recommendations. Research may show that a strategy or configuration is unsuitable; positive trading performance is not guaranteed.
Integrations, automation & infrastructure
From $3,000 · for a bounded implementation
Help with permitted HaasOnline API and MCP integrations, Python tools, research automation, Linux/server environments, monitoring, logging, and operational reliability.
Can address a specific integration or infrastructure problem without a full custom system. More complex integration programs are quoted by scope.
Personalized trading systems & multi-strategy engineering
From $3,500/month · for an agreed development scope
Design and implementation of client-specific systems combining eligible trading strategies, research workflows, portfolio-level risk controls, infrastructure, integrations, and monitoring.
Multi-month engagements use agreed development capacity, milestones, validation criteria, and phased acceptance, built around your actual needs and the supported capabilities of HaasOnline.
Ongoing engineering support & maintenance
From $1,500/month · after acceptance
Continuing support for accepted client-specific solutions: agreed monitoring, technical reviews, reporting, routine maintenance, and incident investigation.
Scope, availability, and response expectations are agreed in advance. New research, major changes, and additional integrations are quoted separately.
Pricing note: all prices are indicative starting points or scoped ranges, not fixed packages. The same work is not billed twice under different service categories. HaasOnline licenses, hosting, market data, and other approved third-party expenses are separate.
How it works
- Submit your request. Describe the problem, the outcome you want, your approximate budget, and your timeframe.
- Initial qualification. I briefly review the requirements to see whether the project is a good fit and what information is needed.
- Diagnostic or agreed scope. If the problem needs investigation, I start with a paid, bounded diagnostic. A clearly defined implementation can be estimated directly.
- Proposal and implementation. The client and I agree on deliverables, price, schedule, permissions, and acceptance criteria before any work begins.
- Validation and handover. The agreed solution is tested and documented, with historical and SIM validation where relevant. Any live operation requires your separate authorization and appropriate safeguards.
- Optional ongoing support. Continued maintenance, monitoring, or further development can be agreed separately.
What to prepare
- A description of your objective or problem, the current stage of your project, your approximate budget, and preferred timeframe.
- If relevant, which HaasOnline product you use (TradeServer Cloud or self-hosted TradeServer), plus available scripts, configuration details, non-sensitive logs, sample data, or existing research results. These are shared later, once a suitable method has been agreed.
- You must own or have permission to share any scripts, data, and technical materials involved.
